Zerod is a trading name of Cybersec Hub, S.L.

2. Purpose and scope

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website zerod.io and its informational subdomains (the "Website").

Access to Zerod's product services — including ciso.zerod.io and app.zerod.io — is additionally governed by their own contractual terms, which prevail over this Legal Notice in all matters relating to the provision of the service.

Use of the Website confers user status and entails acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All Website content — text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, graphic design, source code, navigation structure and databases — is owned by Zerod or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation is prohibited without Zerod's express written authorisation.

Third-party trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs that may appear on the Website — including those of regulatory frameworks, technology providers and certification bodies — belong to their respective owners. They are referred to for identification or descriptive purposes only and imply no sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Quotation of Website content for informational or journalistic purposes is permitted provided the source is identified and the original page is linked.

4. Conditions of use

Users undertake to make diligent use of the Website and, in particular, not to:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or in ways harmful to the rights and interests of third parties.
• Introduce or distribute malicious code or any element liable to damage Zerod's systems or those of third parties.
• Attempt to access restricted areas, circumvent security measures, or carry out scanning, penetration testing or mass data extraction without prior written authorisation. Authorised security testing is channelled exclusively through the Responsible Disclosure Policy.
• Impersonate other users or Zerod.

5. Disclaimer

Zerod takes reasonable steps to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, Website content is purely informational and does not constitute legal, technical or compliance advice. References to frameworks such as ISO 27001, ENS, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS2 or the EU AI Act describe product capabilities and do not replace the interpretation of those standards or the judgement of a qualified auditor or adviser.

Zerod does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Website or the absence of errors, and is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, technical failures or the presence of viruses, provided it has acted with due diligence.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. Zerod does not control such sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, policies or practices.

Linking to the Website requires that the link points to the home page or to a complete content page, without reproducing the Website within frames or creating the appearance of association with Zerod.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data arising from use of the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Where Zerod processes personal data on behalf of its customers as a data processor, Zerod as Data Processor and the corresponding contractual agreement apply.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute, and unless applicable law imposes a different venue — in particular in consumer relations — the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other venue to which they may be entitled.

9. Language

This document is published in Spanish and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
